Mieke Gerritzen (NL)
Mieke Gerritzen (1962) was born in Amsterdam, where she studied audio-visual
media at the Rietveld Academy. She is the founder of NL.Design, an
Amsterdam based design company that is permanently under construction.
NL.Design creates design for every kind of media and works with many
different designers, writers and artists. It furthermore publishes
books and organizes events like The International Browserday in New
York, Berlin, and Amsterdam. Gerritzen is also head of the Design
Department at the Sandberg Institute in Amsterdam.
